Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year work experience in subcontractor or contract management.
• Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of subcontractor practices, systems and tools.
• Financial cost analysis skills.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System an advantage.
• Verbal and written communication skills — Intermediate.
• Knowledge of MS Office — Intermediate.
