Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, is hiring a Studio Assistant for onsite operations across two local studios. You will handle daily administration, member support, scheduling, and reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency with Mindbody, Axle and NetGym, as well as Office tools. You will work closely with the Studio Managers to ensure smooth operations and excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, studio operations or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software systems (Mindbody, Axle, NetGym, email/calendar tools, Office suites).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the studios and company.
• Maintain accurate studio records, files and documentation across systems.
• Keep class schedules up to date in NetGym and other systems; coordinate schedule changes.
• Assist member inquiries and manage member accounts and communications.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of instructors; track certifications.
• Prepare weekly reports and monitor studio KPIs.
• Support marketing/admin calendar, events and community activities.
• Team administration and communication facilitation.
