Cross Border Talents in Cebu, Philippines, is hiring a Property & Studio Development Manager. Hybrid work arrangement; full-time position with strong leadership across office, facility, and technical teams in Asia.

You will own OPEX/CAPEX budgets, regional plans, and OKR delivery while ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality project execution. You will manage leases, vendors, design and fit-outs, and coordinate with operations for smooth handover and post-launch review.

Formación

• 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record delivering fit-out/construction projects on time and on budget.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead office, facility, technical and project teams across Asia.
• Own budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), regional business plan and OKR delivery.
• Manage leases, vendors, and health/safety/compliance across sites.
• Coordinate design, tenders, fit-outs, and post-launch handover.
• Report weekly to stakeholders and monthly to PMO.
