You will support servers, networks, and cloud resources, ensuring high uptime and performance, while documenting processes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid PC and network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (networks, servers, databases).
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Docker operations.
• Familiarity with project tools like JIRA and Git platforms.
• Understanding of cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with database backup/recovery procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Studio Maintenance: perform routine checks, updates, and patches.
• Network Management: maintain secure, high-speed, and redundant studio network.
• Incident Response: quickly identify causes and minimize downtime.
• Monitoring & Optimization: implement monitoring tools and tune configurations.
• Service Improvement: identify enhancements and plan upgrades.
• Problem Solving: track and resolve issues to ensure stable operations.
• Documentation: write system specs, manuals, and training materials.
