Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong grounding in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv4, Subnetting) and OSI model
• Hands-on L1/L2 technical support and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with streaming software (OBS Studio) and conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams/Webex)
• Ability to read signal cabling (HDMI/SDI) and manage structured cabling
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA or ITIL are a plus

Responsibilities

• Spearhead enterprise network administration and Wi‑Fi deployment in high-density environments
• Configure QoS, traffic shaping, and VLANs to ensure streaming quality
• Build and maintain failover systems with Dual‑WAN and LTE/5G backups
• Provide on‑site hardware maintenance for streaming rigs, laptops, mixers, and control boards
• Monitor signal integrity from cameras to web platforms across OBS and encoders
• Provide Tier 1/2 user support and manage license access for staff
• Lead live incident response with rapid failover during stream issues
• Track IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain spare inventory
• Create SOPs and network diagrams for stream architecture and troubleshooting
