Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling or related field.
• Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) is required.
• Experience in counseling/education settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Conduct guidance interviews, assessments, and career counseling.
• Develop and implement guidance and wellness programs.
• Monitor student behavior and provide interventions and referrals.
• Coordinate with parents, faculty, and administrators regarding student concerns.
• Facilitate seminars, orientations, and mental health awareness programs.
• Maintain confidential student counseling records and reports.
• Perform other duties related to guidance and student support services as assigned.
