Job summary

Lyceum of the Philippines University Inc. is seeking a Discipline and Student Conduct Officer to implement and enforce the university's student discipline policies and Code of Conduct.

The role involves investigating incidents, coordinating disciplinary conferences, and advising students on behavioral concerns. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science, HRM, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in student affairs, discipline management, guidance services, or related functions.
• Knowledge of student conduct policies, case documentation, and administrative procedures is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the institution's student discipline policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
• Receive, investigate, document, and resolve student disciplinary incidents and behavioral concerns.
• Conduct disciplinary conferences, mediation sessions, and case hearings involving students and relevant stakeholders.
• Counsel and guide students regarding behavioral concerns, academic misconduct, attendance issues, and policy violations.
• Coordinate with faculty, academic heads, student affairs personnel, and administrators regarding student discipline matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of disciplinary cases, interventions, and resolutions.
• Prepare incident reports, case summaries, recommendations, and other administrative reports as required.
• Monitor student compliance with disciplinary sanctions, corrective actions, and behavioral improvement programs.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding serious or recurring student conduct concerns.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of student conduct policies and disciplinary programs.
