Job summary

CIIT College of Arts & Technology is seeking an experienced Student Discipline & Formation professional to oversee discipline cases, develop behavior interventions, and collaborate with academic leaders to uphold standards and restorative practices in a Philippine college environment.

The role requires handling sensitive cases, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with CHED issuances, with opportunities to contribute to policy updates and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or closely related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage student discipline cases from intake to resolution, ensuring fairness, due process, confidentiality, and compliance with the Student Handbook.
• Conduct investigations, case conferences, disciplinary hearings, and prepare case documentation, notices, resolutions, and recommendations.
• Partner with students, parents, faculty, and academic leaders to resolve behavioral concerns using a restorative discipline approach.
• Monitor student behavior trends and recommend interventions to reduce recurring discipline cases.
