Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director – Structures to lead the technical delivery of complex Transportation projects for US clients. The role requires deep knowledge of US design codes, BIM/CAD standards, and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams across borders.

The ideal candidate will hold a PE license (preferred from GA, FL, or TN) or have a clear path to licensure, and will align with Arcadis' values while driving excellence in project outcomes for large-scale

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience on international multi-disciplinary projects in Highway, Rail, Civil & Structural, Metro, and Infrastructure domains.
Experience in a senior structural engineering role with understanding of US projects and ability to deliver design-build tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit and delivery of US-design projects with cross-functional teams.
Deliver concept designs, detailed designs, BIM/CAD outputs, and quantity estimates.
Ensure quality, schedule, and budget through a robust project delivery process.
Coordinate with Arcadis US offices and lead continuous improvement within the team.
Mentor and develop team capacity and competency to meet growing demand.
