Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil/Structure Engineer with experience in highway and rail bridge design to join a multidisciplinary project team. You will apply advanced structural analysis and common design tools, collaborate across regions, and contribute to delivering high-quality design submittals.

The role requires familiarity with AASHTO/ACI, LRFD, and BIM processes, with a focus on integrating drafting tools and ensuring project compliance.

Qualifications

Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering.
5 years of relevant experience in the design of highway and rail bridges and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Experience of highway structures and road bridge design with structural analysis and design tools.
Collaborate with project leads and reviewers to deliver value-added solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Good understanding of structural analysis and design concepts.
Willing to learn new software like Microstation, Open Bridge modeler, Open Bridge designer, etc.
Ensure quality by verifying and self-checking design submittals and prepare design reports, check drawings, compute quantities and reinforcement schedules.
Support the project lead to manage programme timelines, budgets, and health & safety requirements across all projects.
Develop effective working relationships with other disciplines and senior colleagues in GEC, USA and with any other region.
