Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director – Structures in India to lead technical delivery of structural designs for Transportation projects targeting US standards. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, pursuing bids, and delivering design-build solutions with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering with 12+ years of international project experience and familiarity with AASHTO codes and DOT

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience on international multi-disciplinary projects in Highway, Rail, Civil & Structural, Metro, and Infrastructure domains.
• Experience in a senior structural engineering role with US project scope.
• Familiarity with AASHTO codes, DOT regulations, and Arcadis services.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of bids for US-focused transportation projects.
• Deliver design and construction support for Design-Build projects using US codes.
• Mentor teams and develop capabilities for large-scale US projects.
• Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and value delivery.
