You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, coordinate CAD/BIM production, and drive value engineering while ensuring safety and schedule adherence. This role offers exposure to US and international standards within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

Post-graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering.
Active progression towards professional licensure such as P.Eng. (USA).
10–12 years of relevant experience designing and delivering highway/rail bridges and related civil/utility structures.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee delivery of complex structural design projects for highways, railways and civil works.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams for quality, constructability and safety.
Manage all stages of the design process from concept to construction support and close-out.
Plan resources, schedules and delivery against programme timelines and budgets.
Carry out Structural CAD/BIM production and 3D modelling, exploring alternative design schemes.
