Job summary

Global Staff Network is seeking an Intermediate Estimator in EastWood, Quezon City. The role focuses on developing accurate project estimates for structural steel tenders and coordinating pricing across suppliers and subcontractors.

You will work with management and project stakeholders to ensure costs and requirements are properly assessed before tender submissions, with strong Excel and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in structural steel construction or related field.
• Experience with quantity take-offs, cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings, engineering docs, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specs, and drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
• Prepare project estimates, pricing schedules, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Identify scope gaps and discrepancies in tender docs.
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain estimating records and cost benchmarks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements.
• Support project managers during tender and pre-construction activities.
• Assist in improving estimating processes and workflows.
• Support use of estimating platforms (Estimate One).
