Job Description
The Structural Inspection Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing structural inspection and assessment activities for buildings and infrastructure. The role involves supervising site inspections, identifying structural defects, reviewing drawings, and preparing accurate technical reports. The supervisor ensures inspections are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural inspection; building assessment, or related field.
- Experience in retrofitting, rehabilitation, or strengthening projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge in identifying structural defects (cracks, corrosion, settlement, spalling, etc.)
- Familiar with NDT and testing methods (Rebound Hammer, Core Test, Rebar Scanning, UPV, etc.)
- Able to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Experience in supervising site inspection activities.
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.
- Familiar with AutoCAD for drawing review.
- Basic knowledge of structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, etc.) is an advantage.

Other Requirements
Willing to conduct field/site inspections, including work at heights when required.

Monday to Friday (Compressed Working Hours) 7:30am to 6:00pm
