Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, is seeking a Structural Design Engineer in Quezon City with 3–5+ years of experience. The role leads design for residential and light commercial projects, performing analyses and producing docs, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop AutoCAD/Revit drawings, ensure compliance with Florida Building Codes and IBC, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of structural engineering experience, focused on wood and masonry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and structural analysis software.
• Experience with Florida Building Codes and IBC is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design for residential and light commercial projects.
• Perform structural analysis using wood, masonry, steel, and concrete elements.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings and utilize Revit where applicable.
• Coordinate with architects, PMs, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
