MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead design for residential and light commercial projects. You will perform structural analysis, prepare calculations, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver quality on time and within budget.

This role requires 3–5+ years of experience, AutoCAD 2D proficiency, and US project exposure, with hybrid night-shift work in Eastwood/Quezon City. Proficiency in Revit, RISA 3D, and knowledge of Florida/IBC codes is preferred; you’ll

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of structural engineering experience, primarily with wood and masonry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Revit for documentation.
• Experience with using RISA 3D for analysis and design.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and IBC.
• Experience on US projects.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of single-family residential projects and support light commercial work.
• Perform structural analysis and design for wood, masonry, steel, and concrete structures up to three stories.
• Design shallow/spread and deep foundations as required.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and detailed construction documents.
• Maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings; use Revit where applicable.
• Coordinate with architects, managers, consultants, and clients throughout projects.
• Review specs and drawings to ensure code compliance.
• Respond to RFIs, conduct design reviews, and support construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, IBC, and industry standards.
