Job summary

COLORSTEEL HOLDINGS INC. is seeking a Civil Engineer licensed (PRC) to lead structural design and quantity estimation for CSA/MEPF projects. The role requires 3–8 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and major design software.

The candidate will prepare structural analyses, collaborate with estimators, and support project engineers with technical requirements to ensure accurate proposals and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with PRC license.
• 3–8 years of experience in estimate and structural design of CSA/MEPF.
• Experience in estimating both horizontal and vertical structures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and structural design software (STAAD.Pro, MathCAD, ETABS).
• Familiar with NSCP, ACI, AISI, and AISC design codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares structural analysis and design documents.
• Collaborates with estimators and architectural designers during costing to ensure safe, competitive projects.
• Supports engineers with technical inputs to improve accuracy of project proposals.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with PRC license;
• With at least 3-8 years of experience in the Estimate and Structural Design of CSA/MEPF;
• Estimate for both horizontal and vertical structures;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Structural design software such as STAAD.PRO, MATHCAD, ETABS, etc.;
• Familiar with American/Philippine Structural Design Codes such as NSCP, ACI, AISI, and AISC.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares structural analysis and design documents.
• Works closely with estimators and architectural designers during project costing to produce safe and competitively priced products and projects.
• Assists project engineers in technical requirements and supports the estimation process to ensure accurate and efficient project proposals.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
