Job summary

WeConnect Technology is seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in structural detailing and CAD to support design development and project coordination in Cebu. The role focuses on producing reinforced concrete drawings, material take-offs, and accurate estimates for diverse structures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction/site environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have civil engineering background and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Autodesk CAD proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on DDD work and output.
• Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs and other structural elements.
• Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimates from structural drawings.
• Prepare Coast Analysis.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel.

Basic Requirements：

• 1.) Graduate of Civil Engineering Course, PRC license is preferred
• 2.) Autodesk (CAD) User
• 3.) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines
• 4.) Construction/site experience is preferred
• 5.) Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• 6.) Atleast three (3) Years of relevant experience
