Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in Quezon City is hiring Technical Support Representatives to join a streaming account. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot, and deliver outstanding customer service on onsite shifts at Bridgetowne.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of technical support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and internet browsing. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Senior High School graduate.
• Minimum 1 year technical support account experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Handles inbound calls and uses troubleshooting procedures.
• Delivers outstanding customer service and resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintains product knowledge and participates in ongoing training.
• Escalates issues to appropriate personnel for final resolution.
