Job summary

The Ant Colony Resources Inc. seeks an experienced Project & Portfolio Management Excellence Consultant to establish a practical PPM system that links strategy to execution, and to build standards, tools, and dashboards for governance and decision-making.

The role will pilot on live initiatives and transfer ownership to Finance Portfolio Manager. The consultant will implement governance, templates, and cadences while enabling adoption and ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic goals across

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building/transforming PMO/PPM capability beyond standalone projects.
• Ability to translate strategy into a governed portfolio of initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end PPM operating model linking OGSM to portfolio, programs, projects, and benefits realization.
• Define portfolio hierarchy, initiative taxonomy, and information requirements for a single view of strategic initiatives.
• Establish demand/intake and prioritization practices based on strategic alignment, value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and resources.
