Job summary

The Ant Colony Resources Inc. is seeking a Project & Portfolio Management Excellence Consultant to establish a practical PPM system for GoGBS.

The role will create a clear line of sight from strategy to execution, design the framework, and pilot it on live initiatives, driving adoption and transferring ownership to Finance Portfolio Manager and internal owners. The consultant will build standards, templates, and dashboards while ensuring governance, accountability, and decision-making across

Qualifications

• Experience building or transforming a PMO/Portfolio capability.
• Ability to translate strategy into a governed portfolio of initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end PPM operating model integrating strategy to execution.
• Define portfolio hierarchy, ownership, and information requirements.
• Establish demand/intake and prioritization based on value, risk, and resources.
• Clarify accountability and decision rights across sponsors and leads.
• Establish governance standards, life cycle, and escalation controls.
• Create regular cadences and forums for portfolio/program reviews.
• Develop templates and artifacts (charters, roadmaps, logs, logs).
• Design MVP portfolio/project dashboard with status, risks, and benefits.
