Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Pharmacist Subject Matter Expert for an hourly, remote contractor role. You will review AI-generated medication- and pharmacy-related responses, evaluate clinical reasoning, and provide precise written feedback to improve safety and quality.

The ideal candidate holds PharmD or BPharm/MPharm with active licensure, 5+ years in pharmacy practice, and strong pharmacotherapy reasoning. You will work across time zones to help train and validate AI models and drug information

Qualifications

Pharmacist with strong grounding in pharmacology, therapeutics and medication safety.
5+ years of professional pharmacy experience across settings.
Strong ability to explain rationale behind pharmacotherapy recommendations and dosing.

Responsibilities

Develop AI training content: prompts and gold-standard pharmacy responses.
Evaluate and rank AI responses for safety, correctness, and clarity.
Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias; ensure patient safety.
