Job summary

First Gen Corporation is seeking a Programme Manager to lead sustainability initiatives through performance monitoring and delivery accountability. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, provide execution frameworks, and equip leads with templates and tools.

Emphasis on applying project management and Scrum techniques to ensure timely delivery. The role focuses on coordinating with program and project leads, surfacing technical expertise, and managing stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field. With Master's Degree in Business an advantage.
• With 3 - 5 years experience in project management, including building accountability and performance-tracking systems
• With experience in community coordination and stakeholder management
• With working knowledge of water stewardship and community-facing program design

Responsibilities

• Design and run performance monitoring for sustainability initiatives, tracking progress and escalating delivery risks
• Build and operate the accountability processes and mechanisms that hold program and project leads to delivery of sustainability commitments
• Provide execution planning frameworks that translate strategic goals into implementation plans
• Equip program and project leads to structure their own delivery — applying project management and/or Scrum methodologies, releasing templates and tools to support execution
• Coordinate with program and project leads to surface existing technical expertise
