GCash, the leading FinTech in the Philippines, invites a Governance Lead to join our team in Manila. You will oversee governance projects, work with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, and business teams to advance regulatory findings, and ensure adherence to policies and laws.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees governance projects to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborates with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, and Business teams.
• Manage stakeholder mapping and communications on strategic projects.
• Handle special projects requested by top management.
• Develops presentations and reports for key stakeholders.
• Oversees board operations communication, agendas, and alignment with strategy.
• Ensures governance requirements are communicated and understood by teams.
• Prepare governance metrics reports for executive view.
• Fosters team engagement and process improvements.
