Job summary

GCash is seeking a strategic leader to drive the Transformation and Data Group in the Philippines. You will develop and execute an integrated strategy, shape the long-term value of data, and design a governance cadence with dashboards that track enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with company goals, while continuously improving processes and delivering measurable outcomes for the business and customers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Integration Leadership: Develop and execute an integration strategy for the Transformation and Data Group aligned with business objectives.
• Data Transformation: Shape long-term data strategy and demonstrate value as a strategic asset.
• Program Management: Design and implement a standard cadence of operations and dashboards for key metrics and progress tracking.
• Stakeholder Influence and Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders across departments to align initiatives with broader goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency across programs.
