You will identify challenges, research strategic options, and own implementations from concept to scale, communicating results to management and stakeholders. The role requires 2+ years in analysis/strategy or project management, with strong data tooling skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or project management.
• Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management or financial planning & analysis experience is a plus.

About the role

As a member of the Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving SPX's performance from a strategic perspective. You will identify key challenges and opportunities across the organization, conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights, and develop innovative, data-driven solutions. You will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable impact and align with business objectives.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on strategy initiatives to understand feasibilities and effectiveness of the solutions
