Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a results-driven PMO/Strategic Operations professional to lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth and optimize cross-functional workflows across logistics, product, and customer operations.

You will track performance metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and partner with senior leaders to implement data-driven solutions, including AI-enabled process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in PMO, strategic operations, management consulting, or process excellence.

• Drive Strategy & Process Excellence: Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects designed to accelerate operational growth, optimize cross-functional workflows, and improve overall execution
• Track & Report Key Metrics: Define, monitor, and report core operational, PMO, and program performance metrics to ensure continuous service improvements, risk mitigation, and actionable executive insights.
• Process Optimization & AI Integration: Identify gap areas in organizational processes and translate cross-functional feedback into clear action items, automated workflows, AI-driven solutions, and operational enhancements
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly conduct interviews, diagnostics, and outreach with internal business units, department leads, and external partners to uncover operational bottlenecks, governance gaps, and process friction points.

• Experience: 2â€4+ years of experience in project management (PMO), strategic operations, management consulting, or process excellence (preferably in Tech, E-commerce, Consulting, Supply Chain, or Logistics).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to diagnose complex operational pain points, apply structured frameworks, and build effective mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both frontline execution teams and senior executive leaders.
• Data-Driven & Tech Approach: Comfortable working with data to track key performance metrics, build reports, and guide strategic decision-making, with a strong familiarity in leveraging AI and modern technology tools to optimize workflows.
