Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to analyze operational data and identify opportunities to optimize Financial Operations. The role involves developing structured recommendations, driving projects end-to-end, and building dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data and address issues, contributing to strategic and operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify process improvement opportunities for Financial Operations
• Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges
• Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues
• Partner closely with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data, address and resolve issues
