Job summary

Shopee is seeking a skilled workforce planning and analytics professional to drive headcount and cost planning for warehouse operations. You will design performance metrics, oversee hiring processes with HR and vendors, and lead data-driven workforce initiatives across the network.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in logistics or ecommerce, and fluency in Thai and English to collaborate across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/ economics/ statistics or related field.
• 2+ years in consulting, project management or data analytics with workforce planning exposure.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a strong plus.
• Ability to structure problems and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strong business sense and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Fluent in Thai and English.

Responsibilities

• Headcount planning and hiring management for budget submissions and planning cycles.
• Design and roll out productivity-based incentive schemes and track performance metrics.
• Drive WFM product adoption across warehouses and coordinate rollouts.
• Explore data analytics, build dashboards, and report insights to senior management.
