Qualifications

• 2+ years in Audit, FP&A or budgeting roles.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports on warehouse costing actuals sourced from GL and ops systems.
• Reconciling warehouse cost data against operational/volume data for accuracy.
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecast and highlight key drivers.
• Consolidate inputs into forecast and budget templates with Supply Chain teams.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to track cost trends.
• Support leadership by preparing costing slides and schedules.
• Partner with Warehouse Ops and Supply Chain to understand cost drivers.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates for consistency and timeliness.
• Flag anomalies and follow up with Accounting/Finance.
• Assist ad hoc analyses on warehouse network costs.
