Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Cebu is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to develop and maintain total workforce capacity plans across direct and indirect labor for micro-actuator optical components. You will bridge customer demand schedules with labor capacity to meet delivery milestones while optimizing efficiency and ensuring sufficient staffing for demand.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in capacity planning, headcount modeling, or production planning in high-precision electronics or similar.
Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with ERP/MRP exposure.

Responsibilities

Translate customer MPS and line-rate requirements into daily/weekly/13-week CTL headcount models.
Model labor across prototype to mass production lifecycle and incorporate shift/downtime factors.
Collaborate with Process Engineering to update SHPU and balance line capacity.
Analyze line bottlenecks, scrap/rework impact, and adjust headcount accordingly.
Run what-if scenarios to evaluate reconfigurations and demand surges.
Coordinate with schedulers to align staffing with material availability and OT needs.
Monitor headcount variance and prepare management dashboards for reviews.
Provide daily shift staffing allocations with cross-functional teams (HR, Ops, PPIC).
