Job Overview
We are seeking an Equipment Engineering Supervisor to lead high-volume manufacturing line operations. You will manage a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians tasked with optimizing equipment uptime, maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in automated electronics assembly, strong leadership capabilities, and a metrics-driven approach to downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians executing daily line support, corrective troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Drive line performance targets by maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimizing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Establish, standardize, and enforce Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedules, machine calibration, and critical spare parts management.
- Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) for major equipment breakdowns to eliminate recurring failures and protect line yield.
- Drive the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Ensure all equipment activities comply with ESD, Safety, and Quality standards.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in equipment maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in PM planning and execution, corrective troubleshooting, breakdown recovery, spare parts inventory control, machine calibration, and equipment qualification.
- Strong track record in shift support management, technical team mentoring, and managing equipment escalations.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build influential relationships, collaborate across functions, take initiative, and manage time effectively for on-time project delivery.
- Strong capability to work effectively and remain composed in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven, and rapidly changing production environment.

We are also accepting candidates outside Cebu who are open to relocation. This position entails full-time on-site work.
