MinebeaMitsumi Cebu is seeking an Equipment Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing OEE, and driving TPM initiatives on the production line.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in equipment maintenance leadership, strong PM planning, and a proven track record in continuous improvement. On-site work in Cebu, with relocation considered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supervisory/equipment maintenance leadership in a high-volume manufac­turing setting.
• Strong PM planning, corrective troubleshooting, and spare parts control experience.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams and handle escalations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians for daily line support and preventive maintenance.
• Drive OEE targets and minimize MTBF/MTTR to improve line performance.
• Establish TPM schedules, machine calibration, and spare parts management.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) for major breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
