UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Planner in Cebu City to analyze and forecast data for operational and business planning. You will present findings to guide strategic decisions, support short- and long-term initiatives, and help optimize health care outcomes through data-driven solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in Workforce Management for contact centers or back-office operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and WFM tools such as NICE, Aspect, and

Formación

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of WFM experience for call centers or back office operations.
3+ years in senior/executive level communication and presenting analyses.
3+ years in long-range planning, financial modeling and data analysis of contact center metrics.
3+ years identifying data sources and building reports.
3+ years handling complex operations and financial issues with scope impact.
Experience with WFM software: NICE, Aspect, Verint.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

Compile, analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data.
Present analysis for operational and business reviews and planning.
Support short and long-term operational/strategic activities through analysis.
Develop business solutions via research and data analysis and implement when appropriate.
Support ad hoc activities through analysis and reporting.
Review operational metrics like volume, AHT, occupancy, and SLA/turnaround time.
