Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Specialist in Organisational Design & Efficiency to enable evidence-based decision-making across workforce performance and transformation initiatives. You will combine advanced BI with strong business acumen, working with senior leaders and multiple functions to develop scalable analytical solutions and executive reporting.

Qualifications

9+ years in workforce analytics, BI or related field.
Advanced Power BI expertise: modelling, DAX, queries.
Strong SAC experience with enterprise data sources.
SQL proficiency for ETL, validation and reconciliation.
Experience with large, complex datasets from multiple systems.
Understanding of data structures and enterprise data models.
Designing executive reports, KPI frameworks and dashboards.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, IS or Data Science.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytical solutions showing workforce and org performance.
Analyze workforce size, structure, spans of control, productivity and cost.
Identify trends and risks through diagnostic and scenario analysis.
Translate findings into clear business implications and actions.
Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards in BI tools.
Own recurring workforce-performance reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Create data narratives and executive-ready presentations.
Work with large datasets from SAP, SAC, finance systems and more.
Use SQL to extract, transform, validate and troubleshoot data.
Support organisational design and workforce planning with quantitative analysis.
