Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Specialist in Organisational Design & Efficiency to enable evidence-based decision-making across workforce performance and transformation initiatives. About the role

As a Specialist within Organisational Design & Efficiency, you will enable evidence-based decision-making across workforce performance, organisational effectiveness, operating model, and transformation initiatives. You will combine advanced business intelligence and reporting capability with strong business acumen. Working with senior leaders, People & Culture, Finance, Strategy, Digital Solutions, and business stakeholders, you will develop scalable analytical solutions, manage complex workforce data, and translate findings into clear recommendations that improve organisational performance and workforce productivity. The role requires hands-on expertise across Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SQL, enterprise data, and executive reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Analytics or comparable enterprise data platforms is an advantage. You will support the end-to-end journey from source systems and data quality through modelling, dashboards, insights, and business action.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical solutions that provide clear visibility into workforce and organisational performance.

• Analyse workforce size, structure, spans of control, organisational layers, workforce demand, productivity, workforce cost, location footprint, diversity, and talent-health indicators.

• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through diagnostic, comparative, and scenario-based analysis.

• Translate complex findings into clear business implications and actionable recommendations.

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards, management reports, KPI frameworks, and scorecards using Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Own recurring workforce-performance and organisational-efficiency reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and decision-relevant outputs.

• Develop clear data narratives and executive-ready presentations that communicate conclusions, evidence, and recommended actions.

• Work hands-on with large and complex datasets from SAP, SuccessFactors, SAC, finance systems, and other enterprise sources.

• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems and sources.

• Support organisational design, operating model, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives with quantitative analysis and evidence-based recommendations.

About you

• At least 9 years of relevant experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, organisational effectiveness, business analytics, management consulting, or a related field.

• Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, data visualisation, and performance optimisation.

• Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and working with enterprise data sources.

• Strong SQL capability for data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

• Strong experience working hands-on with large, complex datasets from multiple systems and sources.

• Proven ability to understand data structures, reporting architectures, source-system dependencies, and enterprise data models.

• Experience designing and maintaining executive reporting solutions, KPI frameworks, and business-performance dashboards.

• Demonstrated ability to move beyond reporting and generate actionable business insights and recommendations.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and structured problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
