Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking an HRIS specialist to manage Workday configurations, requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will align business needs with technology partners, configure HRIS modules, and support training across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous design documentation, and ongoing process improvements within the HRIS landscape.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of HCM tasks.
2–4 years of Workday HCM experience.
Basic knowledge of Payroll functionality.
Provide training and support to multiple stakeholders.
Create design documents based on new functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and testing strategies.
Resolve issues reported by various groups.
Configure Time Tracking and Absence in Workday.
Basic reporting knowledge.
Complete required onboarding training and share knowledge with the team.
Help business teams to create SOPs.
Solve complex system problems and document resolutions.
Analyze, design, test, and implement system fixes; manage integrations.

Responsibilities

In-depth understanding of the HRIS application and integration points.
Consult with functional users, tech staff and business partners.
Build relationships with Tech and Business partners across the organization.
Assess potential new functionality and implement within the HRIS suite.
Configure Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence, HCM, Benefits, Payroll.
