Job summary

Shopee is seeking an FP&A Analyst in the Philippines to own management reporting for warehouse costing actuals and forecasts. You will track cost performance, explain variances, and support forecasting cycles with accurate, well-organized reporting outputs.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, reconciling data, building dashboards, and supporting leadership reviews. Collaboration with Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations is essential to understand cost drivers and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and numeric proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports on warehouse costing actuals (labor, consumables, rental, depreciation).
• Reconcile warehouse cost data reported by Accounting against operational/volume data.
• Analyze and report variances in warehouse costs vs. budget and forecast.
• Consolidate warehouse costing inputs into forecast/budget templates with Supply Chain/Warehouse Ops.
• Build dashboards and recurring reporting packages (cost-per-unit, cost-per-order, cost % of sales).
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with warehouse costing slides and schedules.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain teams to understand cost drivers and reporting implications.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and processes for warehouse cost reporting.
• Flag anomalies or unexplained variances and coordinate with Accounting/Finance for follow-up.
• Support ad hoc analyses related to warehouse network costs.
