Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR professional to manage employee benefits enrollment, leave programs, and related transactions in a global context. You will ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, retirement records, and compliance.

In this role you will support U.S. leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves), assist with compensation tasks, develop communications, and contribute to process improvements through data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on benefits, leave, retirement, and/or compensation.
• Hands-on experience administering U.S. leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience handling confidential employee information and PHI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee transactions related to benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment
• Support U.S. leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, disability, paid leave, PTO, and return-to-work processes
• Serve as a key contact for employee, manager, vendor, and third-party administrator inquiries
• Maintain accurate benefits, HRIS, payroll, retirement, and leave records
• Perform audits, reconciliations, data validation, and reporting to ensure data accuracy
• Support ACA reporting, retirement plan audits, and non-discrimination testing
• Assist with compensation activities such as market pricing, salary recommendations, job evaluations, and FLSA review
• Create employee communications, training materials, and process documentation
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
