Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. in Manila region is seeking an experienced HR & Benefits Manager to oversee HR operations and benefits administration for U.S.-based clients. You will lead employee relations, performance management, and compliance with U.S. labor laws across multi-state teams.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, strong benefits knowledge, HRIS/payroll proficiency, and excellent communication and leadership abilities to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based organizations.
• Experience managing U.S. employee benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for management and employees
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollment, renewals and education
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and reporting requirements
• Lead performance management, employee relations and HR operations
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Analyze and report HR metrics to drive improvements
