Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in the Philippines seeks a Transformation Director to lead end-to-end transformation of operational processes and services. You will define the transformation strategy, build business cases, and manage a portfolio to deliver measurable business results with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will partner with operations, technology, and delivery teams to align solutions and ensure benefits realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading transformation teams.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end operational transformation.
• Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing transformation portfolios or multiple initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases and delivering measurable business benefits.
• Strong experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and roadmap development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the transformation vision and strategy for the assigned service line.
• Translate strategic priorities into a clear, prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Identify weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and potential transformation initiatives.
• Build business cases and quantify benefits such as efficiency, cost savings, quality, productivity, and client experience.
• Manage and prioritize the transformation initiative pipeline based on value, effort, risk, and alignment.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Establish governance, performance tracking, risk management, and accountability across the portfolio.
• Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities and define solutions.
• Work with technology and delivery teams to align solution design and implementation.
• Own the realization of transformation benefits and business outcomes.
