Job summary

EY ES – Internal Transformation Services in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Director to lead transformation programs. You will guide executives on project management, change management, and design thinking, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.

You will mentor junior consultants, craft strategic recommendations, and develop roadmaps for PM, OC, and DT initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years of management / business consulting experience.
• Advanced MS Suite skills – particularly, to develop engaging presentations and dashboards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, certification in Change Management or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Extensive knowledge of change management principles, models, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools.
• Awareness and experience of leveraging technology as enablers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage & engage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, Functional Head levels.
• Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, Organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives.
• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
