Job summary

Private Advertiser in Caloocan South is seeking a Training Manager to lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that boost employee performance and organizational growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field, experience in L&D or organizational development, and the ability to manage a training team on-site Monday-Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, education, or related field.
• Experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experienced in developing training programs and learning materials.
• Knowledge of training evaluation and competency development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs based on organizational and departmental needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify employee development gaps.
• Create training plans, modules, materials, and learning activities.
• Facilitate and oversee training sessions for employees at different levels.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training priorities and requirements.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate training results and recommend improvements.
• Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage external training providers, speakers, and consultants when needed.
• Lead and supervise the Training and Development team.
• Support employee development, competency-building, and career development initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
