Job summary

CHEQ Software Testing in the Philippines is seeking a senior QA leader to define and drive the testing strategy across multiple projects. You will mentor Test Leads, coordinate with clients, PMs and development teams, and ensure testing aligns with business objectives and timelines.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing with leadership experience, proficiency in web/mobile testing, SAP modules, automation, and performance testing, and familiarity with AI concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course.
• 8+ years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of AI concepts with ability to discern/evaluate AI-generated content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to align testing with business objectives.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for testing activities.
• Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential testing risks.
