Job summary

We Support Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead a testing team and ensure quality across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, 3+ years in test management, and strong skills in both manual and automated testing, SQL databases, and Agile practices. Fluency in English and Filipino and the ability to work under tight SLAs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Extensive experience in Test Cases Creation and Analysis.
• Extensive experience in Manual and Automated testing (Selenium WebDriver, TestComplete, or similar).
• Extensive experience in defect reporting and monitoring.
• Extensive knowledge in MySQL; other databases a plus.
• Knowledge in PHP and Java is a plus.
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership to supervise a team.
• Test-to-break mentality.
• Strong analytical, detailed, and process-oriented.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong business/client engagement skills.
• Assertive, results-oriented, and multitask capability.
• Adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
