Job summary

BEL USA LLC is seeking an experienced Software QA Manager to lead the QA function in Metro Manila. You will oversee both manual and automated testing, establish testing strategies and standards, and partner with product and engineering leaders to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and best practices across manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on with defect tracking, test management, and automation tools (Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of QA Analysts.
• Define career paths and provide coaching and development.
• Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end testing across multiple projects and releases.
• Partner with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report testing progress, risks, and readiness to leadership.
• Advocate for quality across the organization by influencing stakeholders.
• Continuously assess QA tools and processes for efficiency.
