Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced QA Leader to guide the software testing strategy and drive automation initiatives across the SDLC.

You will mentor teams, define test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure product quality and timely delivery. The role requires hands-on automation experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of Agile testing methodologies to reduce defects and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in Software Testing (QA).
• Strong experience designing and implementing test strategies.
• Hands-on automation framework development in modern tools.
• Solid knowledge of Agile testing and SDLC/PLC processes.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA testing efforts across the software development lifecycle.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Mentor and coach testers to improve quality output.
• Coordinate resources and tools for testing activities.
• Define KPIs and oversee defect management and reporting.
