Qualifications

• Professional experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, or project coordination.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing tender documentation and bid submissions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tender processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Tender Analysis and Compliance: analyse documents and create a compliance matrix; assess context and risks.
• Technical Content Development: draft bid sections with input from experts and ensure coherence with strategy.
• Bid Coordination and Support: assist Bid Manager and, for small tenders, lead end-to-end responses.
• Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement: maintain reusable content and share lessons learned.
