Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in the Philippines seeks a sales-driven professional to identify and close opportunities, coordinate with legal and admin teams, and design effective sales strategies. You will build vendor relationships and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely orders, invoicing, and project execution.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, competitor research, and collaboration across marketing, compliance, and operations to expand service offerings in the power sector.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to generate sales and meet annual sales targets by identifying, developing, quoting and closing opportunities timely.
• Work with legal team to review contractual terms and conditions and prepare deviations. Liaise with vendors and create accurate cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Create commercial risk assessments and propose mitigations.
• Work with Sales team to design and propose workable sales strategies by identifying trends and sales patterns. Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, price and terms and conditions.
• Work with Sales team to provide sales updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding sales status, execution strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Support and collaborate with other business teams as needed.
• Participate, support and improve service business processes such as audits.
• Support the Compliance team to ensure export control compliance. Support the Admin team to ensure timely Purchase Orders to vendors and invoices to customers.
• Support the Admin team to ensure no late payments from customers.
• Support the Project Team in project and service execution.
• Participate in discussions and various meetings regarding product/services strategy and expansion for the group businesses and implement necessary actions.
• Provide advice to improve the business to attain greater efficiency and expansion of business customers.
• Compile lessons learnt and discuss them with the various business teams.
• Support the Marketing Team and participate in marketing campaigns to promote service business products and services.
• Research and report on competitors’ trends and technology in the power business. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company.
