Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Technical PMO to oversee delivery of complex technical projects, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with our goals. You will act as a bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to keep initiatives on time and within scope.

In this role you will manage budgets, monitor performance, and support governance through regular reporting. A Six Sigma Belt is a nice-to-have, and you will work with multiple HR and division teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Oversee delivery of complex technical projects and ensure alignment with goals.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure projects stay on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates on overall status and health of key initiatives to leadership.
• Create and maintain program documentation including project plans and timelines.
• Compile and analyze data related to program performance, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for program meetings and presentations.
• Support the development and implementation of program management tools and systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and monitor budget performance.
• Identify variances and propose corrective actions; negotiate vendor contracts where needed.
